Infant Two Staff

Annie, Julee, Bethany and Michelle

Annie has been with us for many years. Annie began her time here in our after school program.  She then worked in our infant room for a bit and then moved on to our pre-k room. During this time, she was taking classes at CCV to obtain her CDA, Child Development Associate. Annie obtained her CDA in 2003. CDA is the only major national effort to improve childcare by evaluating and recognizing the skills of individuals providing care.  As part of the CDA assessment process, every candidate for the CDA credential is observed working with young children or families by an early childhood professional. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work with families to develop children’s physical and intellectual capabilities in a safe and healthy learning environment.  When we moved to our new building, Annie realized how much she missed working with the infants and decided to go back with that age group.  Annie has a calm caring way about herself. She has a wonderful nurturing ability when it comes to the infants.  We are fortunate to have Annie taking care of our infants. Annie is First Aid Certified.

Julee has spent time with all of our different age groups as the floater. Julee spends time in the crawler room, toddler room and the infant two rooms. The children all love to see her and spend time with her. She has a warm personality and is very caring when it comes to the children in her care. Julee is always on the lookout for different workshops pertaining to early education to further her knowledge in this field. NDS is lucky to have someone like Julee on their staff.  Julee is CPR and First Aid Certified.

Bethany had been a substitute teacher here at NDS before she was hired full time in the infant 2 room. She is in the process of receiving her Associates Degree in Early Education from Fulton Community College. Bethany loves working with this age group and is a kind, caring individual.

We are fortunate to have Michelle back in our infant room. She truly loves the infants and is awesome with them. Michelle has her degree in early education and is a calm, caring and compassionate person. Her experience and love to the infants is a great asset to our infant wing.
